Sandi Hillermann McDonald was recognized by Mayor Stratman and the City of Washington at the City Council meeting Monday, March 3rd.  The Mayor read a resolution which recognized her for her volunteer service; McDonald served on the Urban Forestry Council.

McDonald presented Norway Spruce saplings to the City Council members and staff.  A limited number of the trees will also be given away at the Home Show to be held at the Washington City Park Auditorium.  The Home Show will be held this weekend, March 7th-9th, 2008.  Home Show admission and parking are free.
