Threlkeld To Speak on Charter Government in Washington, Missouri |

 Kevin Threlkeld, State Representative (R), 109th District will be speaking in Washington, Missouri at a Washington Federation of Republican Women-hosted forum on Wednesday, April 2, at 6pm. The event will be held at Chico's Cantina Mexican Restaurant. During the presentation, Representative Threlkeld will explain charter government as well as the benefits and drawbacks of such a government.
