Official Results for Washington, Missouri Elections PDF Print E-mail

Unofficial final results are in from the Franklin County Clerk's office, with 100% of the county precincts reporting.  Winning the Washington, Missouri City Council races are Tim Overschmidt (Ward 1), Jeff Mohesky (Ward 2), Guy Midkiff (Ward 3) and Carolyn Witt (Ward 4).  Washington, Missouri School Board winners are Scott Byrne, Jennifer Triplett and Brian Sumner.
 
Other Washington, Missouri races include Municipal Judge, won by Craig Hellmann, and City Attorney, won by Mark Piontek.  Both the Municipal Judge and City Attorney races were uncontested.
 
Franklin County residents also voted on whether to establish a commission to draft a charter constitution.  Voters passed the issue with just over 54% voting in favor.
 
Voter turnout in the county was 17.04%, just under the 17.10% for April elections in 2007.
 
Updated 2008-04-09 6:50pm - Election results are official.  The previously reported unofficial results remained unchanged.
