A resolution was read by Mayor Stratman for Gary Thornhill.  Thornhill was employed by the city for 34 years and recently retired as Public Works director for the City of Washington, Missouri.  Mayor Stratman said of Gary Thornhill, "he is an outstanding example of how we should interact with our patrons."
