Four new businesses are scheduled to open their doors in the coming months in the Phoenix Center II development in Washington, Missouri.  Among them are U.S. Cellular, Traffic Law Center, AT&T Wireless, and Riechers Tire & Auto.

 

U.S. Cellular will be located in the building north of Target.  It will be located east of Supercuts.  Traffic Law Center will be in the same building, but located just west of GNC.  The GNC opening was mentioned in a previous article on WashMo.com.

 

The AT&T store is scheduled to open later this year in a building that is currently under construction at the southwest corner of the intersection of South Point Road and Highway 100.  Other tenants for that building have not yet been finalized.  The photo to the right was taken looking southwest at the building, which is now under construction.

 

Riechers Tire & Auto is slated to open just east of the intersection of South Point Road and Highway 100, near the relocated commuter parking lot.  Construction on that building has not yet begun.  An updated site plan of the Phoenix Center II development will be available on WashMo.com soon.
