| Herb Dill Sworn In As Newest Washington, Missouri City Council Member |

Herb Dill was nominated and approved to fill a vacancy on the Washington, Missouri City Council at Monday's Council meeting. The council approved the nomination by a 6-0 vote. The seat was previously held by Robert Engemann, who submitted his resignation effective June 7th. After being sworn in, Dill took his seat on the Council for Monday's meeting. As was noted during the nomination from Mayor Stratman, Dill has been involved with serving Washington, Missouri in a number of ways, including being a charter member of the Washington Rotary and serving 10 years on the Board of Public Works.
