Open houses are being held at the various School District of Washington schools to help parents and children get acquainted -- or reacquainted -- with their schools.  Children and parents spent time in their individual classrooms and had opportunities to speak with their teachers for the 2008-2009 school year.

Washington, Missouri schools start on Monday, August 18.  New Haven and Meramec Valley R-III (Pacific) School Districts also start August 18, while Union School District starts August 21.
