Steak 'n Shake is now open in the new Phoenix Center II development. it is the third new business to open in the development, following Kohl's and Target, which both opened in September. Steak 'n Shake's official grand opening in Washington is set for Wednesday, 11/28.
A site plan of the Phoenix Center II development will be published on WashMo.com later this week. |
