In what will become a series of audio discussions and interviews, Guy Midkiff sits down with Councilman Tim Buddemeyer to discuss the proposed new ordinance on alcohol restrictions within designated festival districts in Washington, Missouri.

The ordinance is expected to be brought back to the Council at the next Washington, Missouri City Council meeting on May, 17.  Should the ordinance pass, the Mayor may designate that, for certain festival districts, it shall "be unlawful to bring into the Festival District, for consumption in public, any alcoholic beverages which are not sold by providers holding proper liquor licenses within the Festival District."
