A Veteran's Appreciation Breakfast will be held at the American Legion Memorial Home, 1007 East Third Street in Washington, Missouri, on Sunday, November 8, 2009. The all-you-can-eat breakfast will begin at 7:00am and last until 10:30am, as quantities allow. The cost is $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children ages six through twelve, and children under six are free. Active military are also free. The event is hosted by Sons of the American Legion Squadron 218.
