The Washington Federation of Republican Women will be hosting Travis Blankenship, who will be speaking on Franklin County charter government. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Chico's Cantina Mexican Restaurant in Washington, Missouri. The event starts at 6:00pm and is open to the public. Mr. Blankenship is a member of the 14-member Franklin County Constitution Committee which drafted the Constitution. The proposed Constitution can be downloaded here: Franklin County Constitution The Constitution Proposition (Proposition C) will be on the April 7, 2009 ballot in Franklin County.
