Public Hearing on Special Use Permit for Hot Dog Stand in Downtown Washington, MissouriA public hearing was held regarding a special use permit needed by applicant Marcus Daily to operate a hot dog vending business in downtown Washington, Missouri.  The public hearing took place during the regular City Council meeting on January 4, 2010.

The business has been operating under a temporary arrangement in downtown Washington, MO in front of Otis Campbell's.  The special use permit would allow the operation to continue on an ongoing basis.  Video of the public hearing is included below.
